BK House

This project was designed for two individuals from the same family and is located in Baghdad. The ground floor includes a parking area, a shared living space, and an open communal swimming pool. Each upper floor was conceived as an independent apartment, providing privacy and autonomy for its residents. Spatial richness was achieved through intentional openings in the floor slabs, allowing light and visual connections between levels. Both architectural and interior design concept and implementation projects have been completed and delivered.
