NS House

Designed with a strong emphasis on privacy, this residence opens only minimal apertures toward the street, allowing light in without compromising seclusion. The main living spaces are oriented inward, facing a serene courtyard that forms the heart of the home. Constructed entirely with locally sourced load-bearing brick, the building’s dimensions—both in plan and elevation—are organized within a strict modular grid based on a single brick unit, ensuring material coherence and spatial clarity.
