Qaiwan Group Head Quarter

This office project spans two floors within a newly developed residential district in Sulaymaniyah. The floor plans were first adapted to reflect the desired spatial hierarchy, ensuring functional clarity across departments. Premium materials were selected throughout, and bespoke furniture and wall finishes were meticulously detailed to convey a sense of warmth while emphasizing the precision and prestige associated with the company’s headquarters. The design balances hospitality and professionalism, creating an environment that reflects both operational excellence and brand identity.
