Ranya Heights

Located in the northern region of Iraq, this project envisions a self-sufficient, low-budget community supported by essential service buildings such as a school, shopping center, places of worship, and public parks. The scope included master planning, along with the architectural and interior design of villas, apartment blocks, and commercial units. All rendering and visualization work was carried out in-house.
