A New Residential Typology Rooted in Contextual Sensitivity
Completed in 2017, this high-end villa project reimagines the region’s familiar planning habits through a contemporary lens. By modernizing the local layout traditions, the design introduces a new residential typology that balances privacy, functionality, and spatial richness.
A meticulous zoning strategy ensures a clear separation between the service areas and the private living quarters—including distinct entrances and circulation paths for residents and staff. Internally, the flow between the service zone, kitchen, family living room, and formal living room unfolds without intersecting the main corridor, allowing for intuitive movement and layered spatial experience.
Since its completion, the project has served as a reference for neighboring developments. Its architectural language and spatial logic—especially the façade articulation and internal zoning—have influenced numerous buildings in the area, shaping a new standard for residential design that is both culturally attuned and forward-looking.
