Baghdad Al Fakher High Rise Residence

Following the Zaha Hadid-designed Central Bank, this project marks Baghdad’s second high-rise development, initiated with consultancy input. The scope later expanded to include façade design, interior architecture, landscape planning, and full 3D visualization. In collaboration with Qaiwan Group’s architectural team, the work remains ongoing, with site operations currently in progress.
